Translating & Interpreting Service
The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) is for people who do not speak English and for English speakers needing to communicate with them. TIS is Australia's only national service, and is available to any person or organisation in Australia requiring interpreting services. TIS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is accessible from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call - just call 131 450.

Centrelink – we speak your language
Centrelink provides translation of many online publications in more than 60 languages. Publications cover information for newly arrived migrants, part-time and casual workers and social security agreements between Australia and various countries.

Department of Immigration and Citizenship
DIAC has translated web pages in 23 different languages with advice for new settlers and people interested in obtaining visas.

Australian Apprenticeships
Australian Apprenticeships brochures are available in a number of languages - Macedonian, Indonesian, Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese and Cambodian.

Tax Office publications
The Tax Office provides online foreign language publications on how to apply for your ABN and other tax information. Versions are available in Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Farsi, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Macedonian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese.
