Consumer and Business Services (formerly known as the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs and amalgamated with the former Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner) fosters a fair, competitive and informed marketplace in cooperation with consumers and the business community. It regulates defined business activities, and maintains business and civil records for South Australia.
