The Australian Government is introducing Standard Business Reporting (SBR) to simplify business-to-government reporting.

SBR will be launched in July 2010 and reporting which will be affected includes:

  • annual financial reports
  • business activity statements
  • tax returns
  • payroll tax.

To help demonstrate what you can expect from SBR, the SBR Conference 2009 is being held in Sydney and Melbourne later this month. Entry to the conference is free. To find out more on SBR or the conference , visit the SBR  website.
