To coincide with Queensland’s 150th birthday, the Queensland Government has created a new business awards program. The Smart Business Awards recognise innovative Queensland businesses and companies for their impact on Queensland’s economy over the last 150 years.

There are six award categories, including the:

retrospective award
entrepreneur award
regional business award
business product award
corporate social responsibility award
most iconic business award.
