Are you a small business and want to help your employees by introducing or improving your family friendly work arrangements?

Under the Fresh Ideas for Work and Family (FIWF) Grants Program, you can access assistance to put into place practices or resources that help your employees to better balance their work and family obligations.

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • have fewer than 15 employees (but at least one employee); or
  • be a consortium of up to three small businesses (where each business in the consortium has fewer than 15 employees but at least one employee).

Round two is open for application from 25 February 2010. For more information on the program and to apply, visit the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations  website.
