As an employer it is crucial for you to understand your responsibilities when it comes to bullying in your workplace. WorkSafe Victoria is conducting a series of workshops to provide you with information on preventing bullying in your workplace and how to respond if it occurs.
The seminars will be run across Victoria through March, April and May. Attendees will receive a range of resources to assist in developing systems in their workplaces that will:
- help prevent bullying
- respond to reports of bullying
- effectively meet legal duties under occupational health and safety laws.
