Following industry consultation, the Enhanced Project By-law Scheme (EPBS) guidelines were relaunched on 30 April 2010.
The new guidelines aim to provide businesses with more opportunities to participate in major projects at home and abroad by tightening the definition of what goods will be considered for duty free entry to Australia.
Information sessions about the new guidelines will be held in most capital cities around Australia during May 2010.
