The South Australian Office of Consumer and Business Affairs (OCBA) has produced a DVD to assist tenants and landlords to resolve rental disputes.

- landlords seeking advice
- applying to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal
- preparing for a hearing
- arriving at the Tribunal.
