If you are a small business owner in Western Australia, and you want to know how your business compares to others in your industry, the WA Small Business Benchmarks (WASB²) tool can help.
WASB² is a free online benchmarking tool, developed by Curtin University to help small businesses confidentially rank themselves against others in their industry sector. It's quick and easy to use, can help track your progress on a yearly basis and allows you to set your own business goals. Businesses are benchmarked against:
- turnover
- profit
- perception of success
- how busy they are
- impact on business owners' lifestyles, and
- return on assets.
Businesses using WASB² are also eligible for a range of special offers from sponsoring organisations, including the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) . Offers include discounts, free workshops and other exclusive services.
To register for the free tool or for more information on the service, visit the WASB² website.
