Video transcripts

We provide videos to show how other businesses have improved and succeeded through government grants and support or to explain topics or tasks.

If you can't view the video or listen to the audio, you can download the accessible transcript or view the captions instead. All video, audio and other multimedia on the website have these options. You can either download the transcript near the player or see the captions automatically.

HTML first

We provide content in HTML format whenever possible, but may use PDF documents for:

  • forms
  • grant guidelines
  • templates.

Any PDF viewing software should open PDF files on our website. We provide an alternative format, such as HTML, Word or Excel for most documents.

Hearing and speech assistance when you call us
