The Research and Development Tax Incentive Roundtable (the Roundtable) has been established as a forum to discuss administrative priorities, opportunities and emerging issues in the operation of the R&D Tax Incentive (the Incentive).
The Roundtable will bring together a broad range of viewpoints from industry, program users and administrators of the Incentive. The Roundtable will employ a rolling panel membership model that will meet in March, July and November, with each panel member invited to attend at least one meeting.
The items considered by the Roundtable are intended to capture the points of interest and perspectives of co-administrators and the Roundtable panel members. The information, insights and outcomes of each meeting will be shared with all panel members and made publically available after each meeting.
The Roundtable is jointly hosted by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science and the Australian Taxation Office, as co-administrators of the Incentive.
