Does your business or organisation have expertise in communications security?

The Department of Defence, through DXC Technology, is conducting a market assessment of Australian communications security (COMSEC) capability. The assessment is gathering information on current and potential COMSEC capabilities in the areas of:

  • cryptographic algorithm development (both classified and unclassified algorithms)
  • commercial grade products suitable for the protection of classified information
  • high assurance communications networks, systems and devices
  • high assurance cryptographic fill devices
  • quantum computing devices and techniques

If you have expertise in any of these capability areas you are invited to complete the online survey by 5pm on Friday 16 August.

The survey asks about your organisation’s capability, including completing a maturity self-assessment against the DST Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRLs). The survey asks for unclassified information only – there is no in confidence information – as the survey results may be published.
