Overview

The following support will be provided to liquor and gaming licensees:

  • 50% reimbursement for 2020 liquor licence fees that have already been paid
  • full reimbursement of liquor licence application fees and grant fees already paid from 1 January 2020
  • reissue of a replacement invoice to those licensees that have not yet paid their 2020 annual liquor licence fees to reflect a 50% reduction in the total fees payable
  • no application or grant fee required for the remainder of 2020 for anyone applying for a liquor licence and also a 50% reduction in any annual liquor licence fee payable
  • annual liquor licence fees have been waived for 2021 (excluding off-licences) and other liquor and gaming fees have been waived until 2 April 2021, unless sooner revoked (check Agency website for details)
