The Small Business Digital Grants program helps small businesses access digital technologies and services to help them grow and make the most of online business opportunities.

Matched funding of up to $10,000 (exc. GST) is available to eligible businesses for the purchase of hardware, software and services (such as digital coaching). The minimum grant funding amount is $1,000. 

What are the eligibility criteria?

Small businesses based in Queensland may apply. You must show that the digital technology or service you have purchased will enhance the digital capabilities of your business and help your business to be more competitive and employ more staff.

To be eligible your business must:

  • have fewer than 20 employees at the time of applying for the grant
  • have an ABN and be registered for GST
  • have Queensland headquarters
  • have a turnover of $2 million or less in the last financial year
  • declare if any owners or directors of your business are an undischarged bankrupt or insolvent.
