Overview

Wine Grape Industry Assistance provides wine grape growers with a rebate to help with the cost of testing for smoke taint in grapes. Grants will be available for growers to access technical decision-making support as a follow up to laboratory testing.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must:

  • be a wine grape grower
  • be located in Victoria
  • have an Australian business number (ABN)
  • be affected by the 2019-2020 bush fires
  • demonstrate that grapes or juice were submitted for analysis between 1 January 2020 and 30 April 2020
