Provides small and medium exporting businesses, as well as companies in an export supply chain, with access to a line of credit to support export contracts when a traditional lender is unable to help.

Who can apply:

At a minimum, you must:

  • have an annual revenue of over $250,000
  • have been established for at least two years
  • be an Australian registered company with an Australian Company Number (ACN).

Overview

Efic’s Export Line of Credit is a committed line of credit that allows you to draw and repay multiple times during the loan term. This will allow you to have access to additional working capital when you need it to support your eligible export-related contracts.

Loans from $100,000 are available.

Eligibility criteria

The Export Line of Credit is available to first time or experienced exporters and companies in an export supply chain.

To be eligible, you must:

  • have an annual revenue of over $250,000
  • have an annual turnover of less than $150 million
  • have been established for at least two years
  • be an Australian registered company with an Australian Company Number (ACN)
  • use the funds to finance export purchase order(s) or contract(s) for the export of Australian good and/or services from Australia
  • be unable to get financing from the bank.
