Updated sectoral guidance

Updated R&D Tax Incentive sectoral guidance is available. The updated versions capture feedback and programme learnings to improve how they explain how to apply the programme’s requirements, and in particular clarify areas where some registrations under the programme have been found to be ineligible.

The ‘Getting R&D Tax Incentive Claims right’ Specific Issues Guidance products supplement the updated sector guides.

A refresh of the sector guidance

The department is undertaking a refresh of the sector guidance material.
