Many businesses and individuals have been financially impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. The International Centre for Complex Projects Management (ICCPM), supported by the Department of Defence, is providing the COVID-19 Education Support Fund to assist small businesses wanting to upskill and contribute to the success of complex projects being delivered in multifaceted environments.

The ICCPM Certificate IV in Responding to Organisational Complexity (10195NAT | RTO #41394) workshops will be delivered online.

Learning outcomes

By completing the Certificate IV in Responding to Organisational Complexity you will learn how to:

  • identify sources of complexity
  • master the tools and strategies to respond to complexity in projects
  • manage systemic risk
  • improve your decision-making when faced with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • maximise team performance
  • lead in complex environments

Students who attend all workshops and who’re marked competent on all assessment tasks, will receive a Certificate IV in Responding to Organisational Complexity (10195NAT) and a unique digital seal to recognise your achievement.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for this grant you must:

  • be an Australian resident
  • be an individual paying for the course privately, or sponsored by a small business with 5 or less employees
  • be able to commit to the advertised delivery date and times
  • have access to a computer, an internet connection, and a private space
  • be able to access the Zoom video conferencing platform (refer to the ICCPM Video Conferencing Policy)
  • meet the course entry requirements as set out in the student handbook
