The COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program provides travel agents and tour arrangement service providers with funding to help them remain viable.
Applications close 13 March 2021, unless program funds are exhausted prior to this date.

Overview
Funding is available for travel agents and tour arrangement service providers to support them in dealing with the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This includes expenditure that assists them to continue to trade and process refunds and credits to Australian consumers for travel they were unable to undertake due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Grant amounts are calculated based on turnover.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, businesses must:
- be a travel agent or tour arrangement service provider and have been operating as such prior to the announcement of the closure of international borders by the Prime Minister of Australia on 19 March 2020
- have a registered and active Australian business number (ABN)
- have lodged a 2018-19 income tax return
- have had an annual turnover starting from $50,000 up to a maximum of $20 million for the 2019 calendar year
- have received a JobKeeper payment for any fortnight in October 2020
- have an account with an Australian financial institution
