As part of the 2020-21 Budget measures, we’ll be expanding the ASBAS Digital Solutions services.

From November 2020, new businesses accessing this service will be offered an initial review of their needs and given access to webinars, workshops and one to one mentoring. Through these services, your new businesses can:

  • learn about how digital technology can help your business
  • complete a detailed digital assessment leading to a digital plan
  • receive ongoing support from your ASBAS Digital Solutions provider

Your first interaction with the ASBAS Digital Solutions service will be free. Small business operators who continue with the program can access a range of services for less than $60.

Small businesses around Australia can access individual support to grow their digital capabilities through ASBAS Digital Solutions. The program offers small businesses low cost, high quality advice on a range of digital solutions to meet their business needs.

  • using small business software
  • online security and data privacy

Who can benefit?


Small businesses with fewer than 20 full-time (or equivalent) employees, as well as sole traders, can access services at a subsidised rate. The service is available across all metropolitan and regional areas. 

There is no application process to get business advisory services from an ASBAS Digital Solutions provider.

Who are ASBAS advisers?


ASBAS advisers hold formal qualifications in business or information technology related disciplines and have at least 2 years’ experience providing digital advice to small or medium sized businesses.

Coronavirus information on ASBAS advisers


Due to the impact of COVID-19, ASBAS providers are now also offering general business advice to support you through this difficult time.

General advisory services include:

  • finance management and boosting cashflow
  • staff management and creating a safe work environment
